This “old” type of gin is distilled from a quarter of malt wine - prepared from wheat, barley malt, rye malt and smoked (barley) malt - and 3/4th part cereal alcohol. All this flavoured with juniper distillate, Asian herbs and Dutch elderflower.
This has been distilled four times.
Old Tom Gin is a gin that found its origin 200 years ago. Young malt wine was the basis which had been aged in oak barrels for a short time and to which Asian flavors and floral notes of the elder flower wer added. Complementing it in an exciting drink which is soft and full of taste.
